A screen-space approach to rendering polylines on terrain

Drawing polylines that drape over terrain, like those in the C4ISR demo, is a popular feature in STK. We’ve been working on enhancements to improve the visual quality because sometimes polylines appear to dash or smear as shown below.

We were happy with the results of our new approach, so we created a poster, A Screen-Space Approach to Rendering Polylines on Terrain, which will be shown at the SIGGRAPH 2011 poster session. For technical folks, here are the details:
