- All Galileo satellites have an identical signal-in-space user range error (SISURE) of 2 meters.
Our navigation expert Ted Driver is in Gdansk, Poland, this week for the European Navigation Conference (ENC), where he presented a new paper “Operational Considerations for Improved Accuracy with an IOC Galileo Constellation.” His paper focused on two components of navigation accuracy that the Galileo Control Center can manipulate to improve overall accuracy for users: selectively timing uploads of the orbital ephemeris and clock state predictions.
