JCSAT-13, VINASAT-2 launch

An Ariane 5 launched May 15th from Europe’s Guiana Space Center in French Guiana carrying JCSat-13 and Vinasat-2. JCSat-13 is a Japanese satellite that will be used for telecommunications. Vinasat-2 is a Vietnamese telecommunications satellite. The NORAD catalog (or SSC) number for both of these satellites is still TBD.
