A Russian Rockot launched from Plesetsk Missile and Space Complex in Russia on July 28, carrying 4 satellites to orbit. The satellites included: COSMOS 2841, a classified military satellite; GONETS-M1 and GONETS – M2, telecommunications satellites; and MIR, a scientific microsatellite.
