Fall recruitment season is only a month away. Good timing. Our 3D team is working on lots of interesting problems in the fields of computer graphics and software architecture. In fact, we have so many interesting things to do that we need your help.
Specifically, we’d like to talk to students in computer science, math, engineering, or other hard majors, who are seeking internships for next spring or summer. Both undergraduate and graduate students are equally encouraged to contact us.
Expect to solve challenging problems. We’ve recently worked on things such as projecting video onto terrain and optimizing rendering by moving CPU algorithms to the GPU. You will be part of the development team working on the same things we do.
Besides working on cool stuff, you will enjoy the almost ridiculous amount of benefits AGI provides. In my experience, interns tend to like the free food the most but I’ll refer you to the official website for a more complete list of benefits.
We like to see strong algorithmic thinking, and C++ design and coding skills. Coursework in computer graphics is a huge plus. If you have any projects you can show us that would really set you apart.
Come talk to us in person. AGI will be at the following university career fairs this September:
|September 8th||University of Illinois|
|September 9th and 10th||Purdue|
|September 17th||Virginia Tech|
|September 18th||Penn State|
If you don't go to one of the above schools, just submit your resume online. Tell them you read the Point Break blog for bonus points.
